This is the ability for a person to withstand adversity and to be able to bounce back from difficult situations and life events.
Being resilient does not mean that we don't all experience stress, emotional upheaval or suffering, but having resilience means having the strength and tools to allow you to process and overcome that hardship.
Jahan kalantar is a Lawyer with a specialisation in civil rights and mental health, a university lecturer, TED Talk speaker and partner at the law firm Executive Legal.
He is an expert in helping people overcome adversity and has designed this session to give people an insight into how to develop the tools that will allow them to start their journey towards strengthening their personal, mental and emotional resilience.
This educational session is particularly important during the hard times that we find ourselves in, and will help to encourage you and give you real, workable strategies.
