The Aesthetic Collective began the way a lot of good things do — as an answer to a problem we were already living.
Across two decades in aesthetic medical trade marketing, we kept seeing the same pattern: consumer-facing clinics arriving through our work with leading cosmetic injectable, laser and skincare brands. Eventually there were enough of these requests for clinic-to-consumer support to deserve a home of their own, and in 2018 we built one — an agency designed specifically for consumer-facing work in our field, and to do it properly.
Today we're a team of 16 with a deep understanding of the industry. What makes us different is simple: The Aesthetic Collective has been built by aesthetics professionals, not by marketers learning aesthetics. Between us we've worked on the brands that sell to clinics, we've been on the clinic floor, and we've answered to the same standards our clients do — which is why our clients never have to educate us about their treatments. We have a dermal clinician on our team, alongside designers and performance marketers with specific industry experience — so we understand this world from the inside.
