Help Shape the Future of Cosmeceutical Regulations – Your Expertise is Needed!

The Aesthetic and Beauty Industry Council (ABIC) is participating in an important study commissioned by Latrobe University aimed at shaping the future of the cosmeceutical industry in Australia. This research, conducted in collaboration with leading experts, seeks to better understand the use of cosmeceutical products and procedures within the beauty and aesthetic industry, and we need your expertise to make a real impact and protect our industry.

What Is the Study About?

This project will explore the experiences and informational needs surrounding the use of cosmeceuticals. We aim to gather insights on how cosmeceuticals products differ from traditional skincare, and how they are used alongside non-surgical aesthetic procedures, and integrated into professional practice. The goal of ABIC is to ensure that regulatory bodies develop well-informed guidelines that protect the industry without over-regulation or unintended consequences.

Why Your Participation Matters

ABIC believes that those working on the frontlines of the beauty and aesthetic industry hold key insights that can help shape sensible, effective regulations. By sharing your experiences, you will have a chance to influence future standards and ensure that the unique needs of professionals and clients are represented.
