To be a Clinic Member you need to be a genuine business and have a registered ABN. As a ABIC Clinic Member, you are an employee-based business delivering one or more of the following.

- Advanced Beauty and Skin - massage, day spa and beauty therapy diploma-level services with basic to moderate use of laser and IPL modalities
- Aesthetic and Dermal - advanced skin treatments, laser, skin resurfacing, cosmetic tattooing, non-surgical cosmetic enhancements, cosmetic injectables and advanced treatment modality use

We absolutely are!
At the ABIC, we operate as a NFP, which means we do not profit from your membership. All membership fees are utilised for resources and representation. It is just one of the ways we strive to achieve such transparency when deciding if you should become an ABIC member.

We have a selection of ABIC Memberships available based on your role in our diverse industry.
Your membership fee will depend on the type of membership you are eligible for.
This membership fee provides you access to the ABIC resource library, our expert support network, educational events, networking functions and accreditation opportunities.

Change created by ABIC is for the betterment and enhancement of the entire Professional Beauty and Aesthetics Industry. Which means that non-members will most certainly benefit from all ABIC initiatives to raise standards, provide education and increase the industry's profile as a significant and valuable field in Australia's economy, in addition to being recognised and respected in the allied health, retail and service arena's.

Industry recognition
As an ABIC certified salon, spa or clinic, you represent the gold standard of our industry.
If your services, hygienic conditions, business professionalism, internal processes and customer experience meet and exceed the criteria of an exceptional operation and have our tick of approval to match.
ABIC certification begins in the later half of 2021. It will require a separate fee and registration by application.
