ABIC ELECTROLOGY EDUCATION SERIES - Best Practice for Infection Control

Keynote Session with Kelly Dermody — Best Practice for Infection Control

Session 2 of the 2026 ABIC Electrology Education Zoom Series

Following the outstanding response to our inaugural session in June, we are proud to continue the 2026 ABIC Electrology Education Zoom Series with one of the most important topics in our profession.

Infection control is not optional, and it is not a formality. It is the clinical foundation that separates safe electrolysis practice from real risk. Yet for many practitioners, protocols learned during initial training have never been formally reviewed, updated, or benchmarked against current best practice standards.

This session changes that.

We are thrilled to welcome ABIC Endorsed Educator and Dermaskin Academy founder Kelly Dermody for a deep dive into infection control as it should be taught: practically, clinically, and mapped to the highest regulatory standard in Australia.

This is exactly the kind of education our profession has needed more of. Whether you have been practising for two years or twenty, this session will give you a framework you can apply from your very next treatment.

We look forward to seeing you there.
