How to get there
Arriving by taxi or ride share
Convention Centre: Ask your driver to drop you off at 1 Convention Centre Place, next to the Pan Pacific Melbourne hotel.
Follow the signs through to the Convention Centre and take Stair 1 up to Level 1.
Parking at MCEC
If you’re travelling by car to MCEC, parking is available at the Exhibition Centre basement car park. Enter via Normanby Road, park near Door 6, enter the Exhibition Centre concourse and walk into the Convention Centre through the Link at Door 6. From here make your way across the Convention Centre Foyer to Stair 1 and up to Level 1.
Public Transport
Arriving by tram
Catch any of the following trams and get off at the stop opposite the Clarendon Street entrance of MCEC:
Route 96 – St Kilda to East Brunswick
Route 109 – Port Melbourne to Box Hill
Route 12 – Victoria Gardens to St Kilda
Alternatively, catch tram number 48 or 70 and get off at the Flinders Street stop. From here MCEC is a short walk towards the Yarra River, across the Seafarers Bridge.
From the Clarendon Street entrance (Exhibition Centre), walk down the concourse to Door 6 and walk into the Convention Centre through the Link. Then make your way around the main foyer to Stair 1 and up to Level 1.
Arriving by train
The closest station to MCEC is Southern Cross Station. Take any train that goes to Southern Cross Station and get off at Southern Cross Station and catch tram number 96, 109 or 12.
Tram numbers 96, 109 or 12 connect to Southern Cross Station and stop outside the Clarendon Street entrance to MCEC.
From the Clarendon Street entrance (Exhibition Centre), walk down the concourse to Door 6 and walk into the Convention Centre through the Link. Then make your way around the main foyer to Stair 1 and up to Level 1.

Our registration commences at 8:00am and we encourage you to arrive early to register and to pick up your name tag, and grab a tea/coffee or refreshment.
The conference room will be open from 8:30am for a prompt start at 9:00am.
The conference will conclude at approximately 5:30pm followed by our Cocktail Party which concludes at 7:30pm.
Yes, absolutely. Beverages will be available all day and we will provide a fully catered lunch followed by drinks & canapes during the cocktail event.
Everything you require on the day including a notepad and pen will be supplied. However if you prefer to use your own or you'd like to type notes on your laptop/tablet, please feel free to bring these along.
As it will be a long day, please bring along appropriate portal charges for your device/phone. Power outlets will not be available.

Tickets are non-refundable. Should the event be cancelled or postponed a full refund will be offered in-line with consumer law if you choose not to attend the rescheduled event, or if the event is not rescheduled.
